Are companies ready for social media recruiting? The truth is that most companies do not have the necessary tools to search and/or attract candidates on social networks. If in the past large organizations were more attractive thanks to a greater availability of resources compared to smaller ones, with the arrival of social networks we have witnessed a sort of democratization of the strategies used to attract new workforce. Reality is in fact demonstra ting that small companies are often able to search and attract candidates with equal if not greater success compared to the larger ones. The underlying reasons are Job Function Email List different: Agility: one of the keys to the success of social media recruiting strategies is certainly the agility demonstrated by companies when innovating, differentiating themselves and implementing new strategies on social networks. Experimenting and promoting new initiatives that make in the eyes of candidates is in fact easier and more immediate in small company contexts. Experimentation: both SMEs and startups have demonstrated that they have a great capacity for experimentation on social networks. In fact, we must not forget that one of the fundamental characteristics of social networks is dynamism, therefore it is no longer possible to talk about fixed and pre-established rules in this context.
